Frame measurements are typically displayed in this format on the inside of the temple arm:

Total frame width can be calculated by adding lens width + bridge width + approximately 2mm for each side of the frame.
How to Measure Your Face
Follow these simple steps to find your perfect frame size:

Using a ruler or measuring tape, measure from temple to temple across your face at the widest point.

The total frame width should be close to your face width for the best fit. Add lens width + bridge width + 2mm for each side.
