At Solé, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return window You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return — in line with your rights as an EU consumer under the right of withdrawal.

Conditions Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories included. Sunglasses must be free from scratches and show no signs of wear.

Return shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
