Understanding Frame Sizing

Frame measurements are typically displayed in this format on the inside of the temple arm:

54□19-140
54 = Lens width in mm
19 = Bridge width in mm
140 = Temple (arm) length in mm

Total frame width can be calculated by adding lens width + bridge width + approximately 2mm for each side of the frame.

How to Measure Your Face

Follow these simple steps to find your perfect frame size:

1

Measure your face width

Using a ruler or measuring tape, measure from temple to temple across your face at the widest point.

2

Compare to frame width

The total frame width should be close to your face width for the best fit. Add lens width + bridge width + 2mm for each side.

3

Check the fit

Frames should sit comfortably on your nose without pinching, and temples should rest gently on your ears without pressure.

Find Your Face Shape

Different frame styles complement different face shapes. Find your face shape below for personalized recommendations:

Oval

Balanced proportions with gently rounded features.

Try: Most frame styles work well. Experiment with bold shapes.

Round

Soft curves with similar width and length.

Try: Angular frames, rectangular shapes to add definition.

Square

Strong jawline with broad forehead.

Try: Round or oval frames to soften angular features.

Heart

Wider forehead, narrow chin.

Try: Bottom-heavy frames, aviators, or cat-eye styles.

Oblong

Longer face with balanced width.

Try: Oversized or deep frames to add width and balance.
